By accessing or using CropPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using CropPulse on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CropPulse provides AI-powered crop monitoring, yield prediction, disease detection, and irrigation optimization services using satellite imagery, sensor data, and machine learning. The platform is designed for agricultural operations of all sizes.

3. Account Registration

To use CropPulse, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to CropPulse, including field boundaries, sensor data, and operational information. You grant CropPulse Technologies Inc. a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the services.

5. Accuracy of Predictions

CropPulse provides yield predictions, disease detection, and irrigation recommendations based on available data and machine learning models. These are estimates and should not be the sole basis for agricultural decisions. CropPulse Technologies Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or recommendation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CropPulse Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to crop losses, arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iowa, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa, USA.
